Very nice breakfast and a lovely room with a view over Wittlich. Dinner was very tasteful but price/quality is rather high. Try also some restaurants in Wittlich, it's only a 6 min drive to the center and there are nice restaurants where you pay less for a good dinner. We enjoyed the walk (about 9km) through the woods that starts directly at the hotel with some relaxation in the spa afterwards. Location is central between Trier and Cochem close to the highway so you can easily reach Trier, Cochem, Bernkastel,the Moselle region within 30-40 min drives.

The staff was very friendly. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. It's almost sad that I was there only for a stopover!
