Everything went extremely well - from the early check-in to the cleanliness of the room, the wonderful lake view and cosy wellness space. The staff was very kind and helpful, and restaurant also very good - we love it when people smile and take the time to explain and recommend the dishes. Really rich breakfast, which is topped only by the marina view of the restaurant. We also had a late check-out and stopped by to buy some jewelry at the hotel. All in all a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back soon :)

Alles hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Vom ersten Kontakt gab es nur außerordentlich professionelle und freundlich Interaktionen mit dem Personal, egal in welchem Bereich. Immer hilfsbereit, nicht aufdringlich. Inklusive als ich vor sieben am Aufzug zum See stand und offensichtlich jemand vom Restaurant das der Rezeption gemeldet hat und der nette Herr direkt vorbeikam und den Aufzug angeschaltet hat für mich. Danke für diese Aufmerksamkeit! Hervorragendes Frühstück. Buffet plus Ei nach Wunsch frisch bereitet und Heißgetränk auf Bestellung. Auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick. Wirklich toll. Sauberes und riesiges Zimmer sowohl mit Schreibtisch als auch kleiner Sitzecke. Trotz Hitze draußen, angenehm temperiertes Zimmer. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einfach zu erreichen. Vom Bahnhof einfache 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Taxi auch verfügbar.

We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great, the food is excellent and the rooms are amazing! We even got a free upgrade for our celebration! We were super welcome and felt like "home away from home" there! Besides, we traveled with our dog and it was super special, they prepared a bed for him, they added bowls for food and water in the room and he got lots of treats and petting from the staff! We would come back and recommend it to anyone!
