Friendly staff. Close to the Schlachtof kulturzentrum, so useful for gigs there

Very nice location, very polite staff, clean and cozy room with comfortable bed and adequate heating. A nice small balcony also in our room, with the view of the river and the promenade.

Very nice lobby hall, spacious and comfortable room, kind lady at the reception.

Spacious, very clean rooms, with all you need for a business trip, in a quiet location at a walking distance from the main train station. Friendly staff, and truly fantastic breakfast buffet - a plus when you spend the rest of the day at a profesional show.

Large comfortable room, good breakfast

The breakfast was nice. The location is not the best one. You have to take a taxi to the city center.

Very near to central train station ,walking distance to beautifull Wiesbaden center.Clean and comfortable

No words, excellent hotel, level of rooms and services at a high level. Thank you guys for the unforgettable stay.

Great location, friendly and super helpful staff. Great value for money.

This was a new experience for us as the very comfortable, large room we had was actually in an old people's home - which of course meant that it was a quiet and friendly place to stay! The whole complex is just up the hill from the Kurpark in Wiesbaden and a very pleasant walk from the town centre, with parking provided (although you will need to book in advance). The room was very well equipped with a well stocked small kitchen area, and had nice extra touches like little pots of honey from their own bees. The small balcony was a lovely place for us to have breakfast, although you can also use the main restaurant facility. Indeed, the home also has a swimming pool and sauna although we didn't get around to using these. Overall this a lovely, good value place to stay in a nice town.

The hotel is clean, warm, and new. It is located in Mainz. The hotel looks exactly like it does in the photos. Everything matches the description. Recommended.

Beautiful building, fantastic room with beautiful balcony and view on city. Very clean, good shower and bed and refrigerator. Polite staff and very close to the city and Neroberg.

the Staff is very prefessional and helpful.

Room design is great. Cozy beds. PS Breakfast could be served on bigger plates in my personal opinion.

the staff was warm & gentle Man

Very central location Very well maintained Equipped very well Friendly staff Super breakfast

The hotel is good-looking, and my room was large and clean. I didn't ask for it, but someone cleaned up the room every day. I highly appreciated it! Another plus for the staff - unfortunately, I don't speak German language, but even the cleaning lady supported me via ChatGPT to get the invoice. Thanks a lot, dear lady!

Excellent breakfast, very clean large room, helpful staff

I chose this hotel on the eve of my trip to Wiesbaden because I liked the photos here on Booking - and the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, situated on the street that connects the railway station to the city center - both are within a 10-minute walk. Although the hotel is on the corner of two streets, it was quiet throughout my stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is a traditional hotel, the building is from the turn of the 19th and 20th century and there are pictures showing, how it looked decades ago. I had booked a single room but I believe I received an upgrade, as the room was quite spacious, with a double bed. I absolutely loved it - it was bright, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was equipped with a fridge, microwave (!), Nescafé machine, safe, and air conditioning, which was especially welcome during the hot summer days. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. There is also a restaurant in the hotel serving Mediterranean cuisine. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Star-Apart Hansa Hotel very much and I would certainly choose it again if back to Wiesbaden.

The hotel is in an excellent location and was very clean and welcoming, not much more to say, happy to recommend to others and would happily use again.

Super location. The staff really made my stay, however.
