The hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The service was excellent, the staff 100/10. I super recommend it, I stayed for a month and had no problems at all, the owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely the best hotel in Marburg.

Adorable hotel and exceptional restaurant attached. The room was very cozy and we felt right at home. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the free minibar, stocked with a few items to welcome us. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very reasonably priced. I just felt so at home in this hotel.

We are staying in the Hotel for 3 nights. We are so happy and lucky to have the very kind and helpful Cathy, Reception manager in the reception when we checked-in. She has tried her very best to show the Hotel’s real welcoming hospitality! Not only she has kindly and thoughtfully helped us with the room, but also with our parking.   Our special thanks also go to Tram who has also helped us lot during our stay. We also very happy with the nice service and help of the housekeeping and restaurant . The hotel is in an excellent location with the free elevator just in the other side of the street to go up to the old town!  The rooms are quite big and the breakfast has a great variety of different choices. Marburg is very beautiful old town and we would love to come back and stay in your hotel again!

I didn't spend much time in the town itself, as other things...

I didn't spend much time in the town itself, as other things brought me to the area. However, I will pay more attention to it next time I have the opportunity. Narrow old streets, lots of half-timbered houses.

Cölbe is close to Marburg, which is definitely worth a visit...

Cölbe is close to Marburg, which is definitely worth a visit. The hotel is a bit isolated, but within walking distance of a REWE supermarket, a bakery and a petrol station. The hotel has nice parking spaces right in front of the house, free of charge! It is good and very worth it. Easy check-in. We got the keys as soon as we announced our arrival. Super good restaurant where we had dinner.

We were in the area for motorcycling, and Cölbe was an excellent starting point for various tours. We would have loved to stay longer. Cölbe's biggest advantage is certainly its proximity to Marburg. We had dinner at the Orthwein restaurant.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. Also the bathroom is clean and practical. Hotel is located on a very quiet and practical location which is close to the big city and the highway.
