This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. A modern building, very well appointed and equipped. My room was in effect a suite. Staff most pleasant and efficient. The breakfast lived up to its description as gourmet. The restaurant too was of a high standard. Plenty of parking space and a quiet location. I could not fault anything.

The property was pleasant and the hosts were helpful and kind.

The breakfast is to die for. I haven't seen such rich breakfast and delicious in years. The bed was very comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Free parking space on the premise. Sun chairs and possibility to have breakfast outside. We had a quiet room and it was really great.

All was fine except having to run across the very busy road to get to reception, breakfast, bike shed etc. Breakfast is unequaled in this price category.

They are friendly people , landscape is amazing

The rain was torrential when I arrived and the car parks were full. The manager came out with an umbrella and guided me into an extra space. I was in a single room which was small but well furnished and comfortable. The views and location the next (sunny) morning were excellent.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, pristinely clean, loads of character to the property and our room was stunning. The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful - the service was impeccable. Wonderful selection for breakfast too. I would actually take a detour in order to stay here again.

Everything from the warm welcome we received when we arrived and the friendly service throughout our stay. Our hosts made us feel very at home. The location is also fabulous.

Lovely, comfortable spacious room and bathroom, mmaculately clean. Staff were lovely but we had communication difficulties as our German is very poor. Breakfast was very good, great variety, exceptional fresh baked cherry tart,I wish I could have eaten it all. Very good coffee. Only downside was the shower screen over the bath was not high enough so the floor got very wet. A minor issue, overall very good hotel, and value for money
