Striking friendly staff Very dog-living, too

There was a hiccup with our booking, but it was sorted out to our complete satisfaction :-)

Very charming hotel, easy to find. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. I arrived late-ish, but they still rustled up a nice dinner for me and were very efficient.

Close proximity to the autobahn

Lovely place, will come again.

Clean, tidy, no noise from motorway.

Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The location and setup is super practical and lovely. Rooms comfy, and very clean.

Amazing, truly amazing personnel! The room was adequate, albeit somewhat stuck in the 1980’s and would benefit from a fixer-up. That being said, everything worked absolute fine and we had a great stay. The surroundings are more than exquisite. Make time for long walks, combine them with a picnic (and a snooze). And buy some locally produced honey when you leave!

Very clean rooms and the whole property well kept. Service minded and welcoming owner.

Super clean and new interior, very friendly service :)

This hotel was super cute and comfortable, offered really good breakfast, great location close to Soltau/Heide Park

Quick and excellent communication in app. Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Great , quiet location in woods. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of things and good quality items. Very delicious gluten free bread rolls available (need to request beforehand). Breakfast room spacious and elegant, with options to sit outside. Very dog friendly. Free parking. Comfy beds , room was spacious enough. Nicely themed and well thought out hotel. Definitely would visit again.
