The staff was really friendly and the place is so pretty and surrounded with trees, the woods are next to it. So nice and peaceful, it was great!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The location is awesome - you walk from the hotel straight into the forest and enjoy the hike to Brocken through the picturesque valley. I will be back :)

Many interesting decorations all over the hotel with many of them featuring witches. Decent breakfast buffet (for 10€ was included in the booking). With an open window one can listen to the river flowing and the birds singing. Front door opens wireless at night with a chip. Added a picture of a stairway down to the clean river behind the hotel and of the wall decoration in room we had.

Location, efficient friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. In the restaurant the little train that delivers your drinks is fun and so unique. A bonus.

The stuff was amazingly friendly and helpful. At some point we forgot our stroller in the garage nearby and they were so kind, that they went and picked it up for us. The little surprise for the child was also really nice and pleasant.

The hotel is not only perfectly located (opposite the Rathaus and on the marketplace), it also has a large parking (both inside and outside). The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a highlight by uts quality and variety. The restaurant was excellent as well. Our room was large (family) and quiet, the bathroom as large and with enough towels for everyone and more. The facilities were very clean, We had a wonderful stay at the Weißer Hirsch and we're very happy with our choice of hotel and city. Wernigerode is absolutely charming.

Really nice hotel just in the midle of Wernigerode. Fantastic bar with excellent bartender and good drinks and beer.

Excellent location right by the town square, very picturesque. Very helpful hosts who offered free bus tickets. A snack and drink area based on a system of trust.

The views of the river and mountain side. The isolation and peace all around. The jacuzzi bath tub in the room was such a pleasant surprise. We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

This place is absolutely unique! Beautifully decorated rooms, attention to every detail! Amazing atmosphere, exceptional hosts. A beautiful place where every moment is a unique relaxation. There you can feel like you are in a fairy tale, as if you have moved to another world. The attention to every detail, detail in this place is breathtaking. Delicious breakfasts served royally. You can walk around the villa in the afternoons. A unique - wonderful experience! I RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE PLACE TO EVERYONE!

Hotel was lovely and staff were really good. Hotel had a good atmosphere especially in the restaurant area in the evening. Would recommend eating there - the prices are food are very good so not worth going elsewhere. Some reviews moan about breakfast - it was fine, ok so not hot food but not the end of the world. There was plenty there to satisfy most tastes. Hotel in a good position right in the centre of Wernigerode and not too far from railway station. Can't praise staff highly enough, really added to the stay.

Excellent stay. Located in the old city in the heart of Wernigerode. Beautiful place and building. Rooms are cozy and spacious, nicely designed. Very well renovated. Breakfast was very good with lots of things to choose from, freshly prepared eggs. We would recommend and come back for sure.
