I was q bit worried about staying in a smart hotel but be reassured all you other technophobes we were able to check in with a human in the restaurant across the road where we also got a ticket for parking during our stay either in front of the hotel or up the road. The hotel was very solid and comfortable and the decoration grew on us. I loved the concept that you can use whatever you find in the hotel.. including beer. The restaurant on site is very good and stays.open late and there is a free bus to the festival

We had such a warm welcome. The room was very well appointed and newly refurbished in a historic schloß on the outskirts of Bayreuth. The castle itself is a very special place to stay, the wonderful breakfast on the terrace was a particular highlight.

Very nice hotel very close to Bayreuth's central street. It has a very nice atmosphere. Breakfast room is located over the water and it is really unique. Parking is done very simple, easy to get in, lots of space.
