The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location in the old town is just perfect. Sauna/pool area was a nice advantage too. Quiet, cozy and clean hotel.

I am travelling a lot for business and I always look for hotels where you feel home and welcome. This one is one of the best I have been. Service and hospitality is great. Everything is super clean and with a modern design. Great feature is the very good restaurant to which you get favourable access as house guest, even when you forget to book a table during a trade fair :)

I have been staying at this hotel for many times as:It’s a great place to stay,the location is ideal,it is near the airport and besides you have transport services nearby.But for and foremost the main point is the staff in each area,who are always friendly and helpful.I warmly recommend it to everyone.

The room had 2 balconies and was on two floors penthouse room. Very nice and my girlfriend was very impressed (and she is normally hard to impress)

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and the choice extend our expectations. The Hotel is situated in the heart of Old Town, so no need to use car or public transport. Room was little bit dirty and dark, but overall not a big problem.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We had a good room e balcony over the river and it was a bliss! The cleaning staff are extremely nice and the restaurant/bar just as fine. While everything is online, Chris has been responding to us promptly when we needed and was very accommodating and understanding and very helpful. I would go back next time, no questions asked.

Excellent hotel and easy check-in, very friendly staff. I booked a single room, and it was clean and tidy.

Clean room, had nice fresh smell (unlike some other hotels). One receptionist couldnt speak english, but we managed to get information right and there was no problem. Other receptionist was fluent in english and also kindly helped with booking taxi to airport. If you are planning to go to airport from this hotel book taxi in advance or ask recepsionit as I was unable to get Uber. In general I was absolutely satified with hotel and its staff.

The room was high quality and offered more than enough room for a family of five. The location was close to the st Nicholas basilica and so easy to walk to all attractions. The heated floors also an added comfort.

Great location, right outside the castle walls. Walking distance up to 10-15 min to everything. Marvelous breakfast. Nice, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Really nice staff.

It was clean, and what I liked most was that the check in and check out is done by yourself no reception needed. You can do it on the website or on a screen exactly at the building entrance.

Great communication, hospitality and friendliness. Excellent value for money. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very convenient if you're looking a place to stop for the night with your family while on the road. Easy to arrive from the highway, also easy to drive to the centre from the hotel to visit Nuremberg. Private parking is available subject to booking, which was also very convenient since we were arriving late. The host called us before we arrived to make sure we had all the info for the self check-in.
