The staff were very welcoming and most of them spoke good English. The ones who didn't speak English were very patient and were still able to communicate effectively with hand gestures. The hotel is very much a traditional German hotel, which I like a lot. I prefer a thin, harder mattress so the bed was great for me. But I brought my own pillow, so I can't comment on theirs. I stayed on half-board, so breakfast and dinner included. The food was always very tasty. And it's buffet style, so the portions were big enough. They also had a couple llamas behind the hotel, so that was cute.

Great location for a trip to the surrounding bike parks, powerful shower, great breakfast and dinner plus a caring staff.

Perfect location for what we needed. Great staff and very welcoming.

Very clean, very friendly hosts and nice food

The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from eco-friendly breakfast options to a restaurant offering fresh, local ingredients, a delightful selection of wines, and local craft beer. The entire place is crafted with a true love for what they do, and you can feel it in every aspect. There’s also a pristine pool with warm water and a Finnish sauna for ultimate relaxation. Hope we return again :)

Nice location. Rooms were cleaned daily

Everything especially the staff. Everyone was so helpful and courteous

There is plenty of space in the property. I saw two different rooms and they were big and spacious both of them. The breakfast was great as were the people. Furthermore, I did like the big parking lot. The staff was flexible and helpful.
