Very friendly hosts, very comfortable rooms, very good breakfast a very good selection of food, really enjoyed our stay, and like to return in the future.

Location, Accomodation and Food

Loved the room. The lady at reception called us, she left the key for us because we had missed that the check-in times were about 6pm or so. We came at 10. Excellent breakfast although they could provide some goat cheese and non-dairy alternatives without having to ask in advance.

The beds were reasonably comfortable. We were shown how to throw bugs in our room out the window.

The breakfast buffet with a big variety of food, size of our room and the view, super friendly and accommodating staff, overall cleanliness of the hotel, location just beside the park and Schlüchtsee (100% recommended for families with kids -- it was covered in fresh snow and looked so magical, the staff lent us some sleds for free and our kids had the best time of their lives). There was a common area where guests can warm their food (there is no in-house restaurant) and get unlimited coffee and tea. It was nice because it gave guests the opportunity to also get acquainted with each other if they wanted to. On the 2nd floor was a small playroom for children in case of bad weather. At the end of our corridor was a nice seating area where one could enjoy the view from outside (and even exercise while enjoying the view). We loved everything! Thank you to the very kind staff who made our stay unforgettable.

Everything was good enough. The breakfast was nourishing. The room was good heated. The place is very cosy in calm and quiet area. SPA and sauna worked from 16.30 till 20.30

Our stay was incredible. The atmosphere was calming and truly cocoon-like — the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Everything felt thoughtful, cozy, and relaxing. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended !

The location and friendliness

We stayed there for a weak in the off season and had a wonderful time. I honestly do not know what could be improved. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location is really nice and the SPA area great, I could imagine though that the latter could get a bit crowded, if the hotel is really fully booked.

I have been in this hotel for three consecutive years and always loved it. Nice, comfortable rooms, overlooking the lake. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and furthermore also the restaurant is excellent. Strongly suggested
