Nice staff they are very helpful.

A very pleasant room on the ground floor with a view of the garden behind the hotel. Here we were able to walk with our dog. The room was a wonderful respite after a long hot journey (there was a little fridge). We were bypassing Hamborg on our way home to Denmark from France. Free parking at the back too. We are very grateful for excellent friendly, service and an item we forgot in the room was quickly forwarded to us by post.

A very welcoming manager and staff — from the very first moments you can feel the warm attitude and their readiness to help with anything you might need. The room was not just lovely but truly well-designed: clean, spacious, comfortable, and filled with small thoughtful details that make the stay especially pleasant. The breakfast was another highlight: everything was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. You can really feel the care they put into serving their guests. The location also deserves special mention. The hotel is situated in a charming small village just outside Hamburg. It’s peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful scenery — a perfect place to relax away from the city hustle while still being close to a major urban center.

We dad stayed in this hotel for 3 times already. Always happy with experience. Very friendly stuff, comfortable rooms and good food in the restaurant. Location is pretty, green and close to shops. Hotel has its own parking for free. Very happy with it.

The Stay in Belvedere was awesome. I was only staying there for one night for working. I arrived in the evening and there were no buses coming anymore so I was picked up in a very welcoming and safe way. The hotel itself is curated beautifully and you can feel the love that they put into it. I also loved the Art that is shown in the corridor and in the rooms. I sadly had no time to eat in the restaurant but it has a beautiful flair and the atmosphere felt very authentic and loving. It was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this place! Also they didn´t want me to walk through the rain, so they drove me to the place I needed to work..that was super nice..they really care about the visitors. Thank you so much for everything :)

Polite employees, clean room and nice breakfast!!!!

Very nice and clean, fresh air in the room. We arrived late after reception hours, but the bartender / administrator was still waiting for us and showed and explained everything. Very happy with this stay.
