Great hotel! The location is excellent, rooms are great and breakfast is lovely. Ever time I visit Idar Oberstein I always stay at this hotel, the best choice in the area. Friendly people and always a warm welcome.

when we arrived on our motorbikes we were warmly welcomed by the lovely lady that worked at the hotel. She immediately brought us the key of the garage for the bikes. We did not know the hotel had that but we were very happy to have it. Rooms were simple, clean and fresh. Dinner at the restaurant of the hotel was very good, same very friendly waitress. We had a very pleasant stay of 1 night!

This 3-star hotel is situated on the outskirts of Idar-Oberstein, a 2-minute drive from the town centre and a 5-minute drive from the Hunsrück Hochwald National Park.

The staff, room, food and price were all amazing , a real hidden gem! They have excellent attention to detail and the whole place has a really nice family run vibe.
