Location was good. We we nt to the old town on foot. Just around 3km walk. Check in and check out was easy.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is nice. It's very close to the train station.

The room was clean. We were not billed for the additional bed for the child nor for the dog we had with us, that is very kind and not customary in German hotels these days. The hotel even put the bowls and a mattress for the dog in the room.

The room was smartly organized, and the chair and mattress were very comfortable. The balcony was a pleasant addition, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. It was an ideal stay for one night to explore Lubeck's historical center.

Location was amazing - literally steps away from the train station (1hr into Hamburg city) and about a 10min walk into the centre of Lübeck. Super clean. Great breakfast selections.

I booked an overnight stay with breakfast here. Rarely have I experienced such a well-maintained hotel: clean and beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. In short, everything was perfect. My compliments.

When we arrived, we realised our rooms were very cold and the heating was not working. We talked about this with the reception staff, and they helped us solve the problem very quickly. They fixed the heating, however, since rooms would need some time to warm up, they relocated us to the main hotel and gave us new rooms, which was very kind an professional. <3 So we ended up staying in the Hotel Kaiserhof instead of the Gästehaus - both were very nicely equiped, very big and comfortable rooms. Gästhaus is located in a smaller street, so there is no noise from the outside, there are only 7 or 8 rooms in the house, so it's very private with no staff on site. Hotel is located in the main street just around the corner, but there was still very little noise from the street during the night - we didn't find it disturbing. Staff was, as mentioned, very friendly and helpful. Both locations are also just a short walk from the city center, and there is free parking in front of both buildings.

This is an old fashioned hotel, which perfectly fits the gorgeous old city of Lübeck.. The location is perfect. Our room was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The charming receptionist gave us some good tips about the city.

Great location, fantastic amenities, and really friendly staff. I stayed with two children under the age of 10 years, and we all had a great time. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was a hit for the kids. Breakfast was really nice and there were plenty of options.

The location is perfect. Just 15 mins from the centre of Lubeck, situated in stunning, peaceful countryside. Lovely views from the garden. We really enjoyed our evening meals and our room was excellent. Perfect hotel.

Room was fantastic. It was very clean spacious and comfortable. Location was very good close to the old town.

Excellent value for money and It's just a 20 minute walk on a flat path to the old part of Lübeck. I would say its just like an English "Travel Lodge". So yes I would stay in this Hotel again. You can buy beer from the reception and drink in the lounge area or take it up to your room. You can either have breakfast in the hotel or go to a bakery which is very close by. I love Lübeck and have been many times before, so I would recommend a trip here.

Very nice and friendly service. Nice and small hotel, just what I was looking for.

I like the balkon and I really like the bed. The breakfast was amazing. I will come back and I will tell anyone I know that going to lübeck they have to go.
