Excellent hotel, highly recommended. It is located in a very quiet area. Yes, it is far from the city center, but nevertheless, the neighborhood is very peaceful. I really liked the hotel. The room even had a small kitchen where you could prepare food and store your groceries. This was very helpful for us.

The staff, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable bed, very simplistic but worked perfectly. Breakfast was a wonderful start to the day.

The property exceeded our expectations. We stayed for one night, but I can see us staying longer if needed. The description is accurate—it was modern and clean.

I liked that the hotel was very central. Easy access to the city as well as public transport. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. All for a very acceptable price. I liked this hotel, and if I come back to Lübeck I will nost likely visit here again.

Very nice accommodation, clean, friendly personnel and very close to the Bahnhof, check out till 12:00

It was recently renovated, and everything works perfectly, and the room had a nice balcony facing the grading.

Closeness to everything, and very clean and quite.

I booked an overnight stay with breakfast here. Rarely have I experienced such a well-maintained hotel: clean and beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. In short, everything was perfect. My compliments.

Very good location, clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast, helpful personnel. The parking - just round the corner of the street.

When we arrived, we realised our rooms were very cold and the heating was not working. We talked about this with the reception staff, and they helped us solve the problem very quickly. They fixed the heating, however, since rooms would need some time to warm up, they relocated us to the main hotel and gave us new rooms, which was very kind an professional. <3 So we ended up staying in the Hotel Kaiserhof instead of the Gästehaus - both were very nicely equiped, very big and comfortable rooms. Gästhaus is located in a smaller street, so there is no noise from the outside, there are only 7 or 8 rooms in the house, so it's very private with no staff on site. Hotel is located in the main street just around the corner, but there was still very little noise from the street during the night - we didn't find it disturbing. Staff was, as mentioned, very friendly and helpful. Both locations are also just a short walk from the city center, and there is free parking in front of both buildings.

Huge very comfortable room. Extra large bed. Lovely , kind, and helpful receptionist. Location, 5 min walk to Lubeck Old Town. We found free parking on a road behind the hotel. Old hotel with character.

The kindness of the personnel - including hrlping with luggage on the stairs. The space in the room. And, most of all, the magnificent terrace (I had room 4), with views and nice furniture, including a suspended rocking chair.

Nice, big and very clean room. Very quiet and stylish hotel. We had two small dogs with us and they were very welcome. The staff added two small beds for the dogs, some food and bowls for food and watter.

Great location, fantastic amenities, and really friendly staff. I stayed with two children under the age of 10 years, and we all had a great time. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was a hit for the kids. Breakfast was really nice and there were plenty of options.

Amazing breakfast with lots to choose from.

The room was fabulous, good size, comfortable bed and an armchair. Lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast served until 10.30 - and checkout until 12 noon. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was great! Loved the family room with the duplo, the cars and the whole vibe. And the extras like the candy bar and bag of lego for the kids made the whole thing amazing for them. Also loved the bar where we could have drinks while the kids were playing or sleeping.

Cozy, absolutely beautiful, very nice hotel ❤️

Lovely fairly new chain the building was well designed, car parking excellent and economical, staff very helpful and breakfast really good 👍

Lovely hotel in the heart of Lubeck. Room was a great size, with a good bathroom, and was very clean. Breakfast was superb, everything and more. The Hotel was a 3 minute walk from the old gate tower.
