Very nice spacious room. Great bathroom, everything was clean. Friendly staff. Great location. No noise from outside, even with a festival in the streets.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere

Another wonderful stay at this hotel! A very special thank you to Jella Seddig at the reception. She is exceptionally professional, efficient, warm and genuinely helpful. She absolutely deserves the highest praise. I truly believe that a great holiday starts with people like her, and she made me feel welcome from the very first minute. This time I was delighted with a room upgrade. The weather was not exactly on my side, but thanks to that I finally had the chance to discover the modern and beautiful spa area — something I somehow missed during all my sunny stays before! The rooms are spotless, very functional and incredibly comfortable. I slept wonderfully, which is something I value enormously when travelling. The bed and bedding were excellent, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. Breakfast service was very good, with fresh juices and Prosecco available. I would also like to compliment the chef preparing the omelettes — they were absolutely delicious. Still, I think the breakfast itself could be improved a little in terms of taste and variety. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The breakfast was fine. You need to scout the room (which actually has more places to sit then is first obvious). Ingredients etc. all fine. NOT ENOUGH COFFEE MACHINES...a typical problem at many hotels. The room was nice and clean and for the price very nice decor throughout the hotel. Kind of a boutique vibe. GREAT BAR & bartender, very friendly, and good buzz...obviously other guests were enjoying it as well. INCREDIBLY friendly & helpful young woman welcomed me at reception (and helped me park my packed car...)

Perfect hotel at perfect price.

Really nice suite that was spacious, clean and had 3 sinks perfect for a family. Receptionist was very detailed with her information when we arrived which is good. Bathroom was big with a big and clean bathtub and a separate shower area. It was the first hotel we have been in on this road trip where the lighting in the bathroom was good enough. The rooftop bar also had amazing views and the drinks were great! Parking right beside hotel at reasonable rates with connecting door.

Location was amazing - literally steps away from the train station (1hr into Hamburg city) and about a 10min walk into the centre of Lübeck. Super clean. Great breakfast selections.

Gluten free options are excellent

Room had everything we needed, was so central to the town for easy walking, got a parking place for our small car under the building for a small extra cost and the breakfast was outstanding.

Peaceful area, helpful staff and easy parking in their garage. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with a lovely vintage design. The bed is big enough for two and quite comfortable. The bathroom is very modern with everything one needs, and everything works smoothly including the unlimited hot water. We paid for breakfast as well, and we were not disappointed with the variety of options: from fruits and veggies to the classic omelette, plenty of cheese types, bacon & meat, to pastries and all kinds of coffee or other drinks.

The room was fabulous, good size, comfortable bed and an armchair. Lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast served until 10.30 - and checkout until 12 noon. We would definitely stay there again.
