We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff was very responsive and smiling. The breakfast was very tasty. The spa was very clean and you could get clean towels from anywhere. We are very impressed with the hotel and would love to stay again

Loved the ‘beachy feel’ about the hotel. Loved that it was so close to the beach & it looked the clearest beach & water to swim in. The breakfast was amazing! So much variety-would have like some more Vegan options-peanut butter, soy yoghurt & Oat/soy milk. The Sauna was the best to do @8am it was so relaxing! The room service morning espresso was ideal! The room was sensational! Loved the wooden lamp stands, little wood stump coffee stands, the upstairs retreat, couch area was great, we had ample room to do our morning Pilates and workouts! The staff were just wonderful, really helpful, kind and very sweet with all attempts to speak English when we needed the translation-German our 2nd language.

Very good location and calm place for relaxation. Very neat and helpful staff. Breakfast was perfect to start the day in peace. An extended breakfast time from 6:00-11:00 is very perfect that you don’t need to rush.

STaff was very accomodating and helpful with our booking. While the location is a bit outside the city, it was perfect for us, since we were able to park our Coach directly on the big hotel parking lot.

Spectacular modern building, very clean, good restaurant, corect pricing

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel from arrival until departure. I was well looked after, and the rooms were a bit small but of a high standard of cleanliness. It was good to see that hot drinks of coffee and tea could be made in the room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was the usual continental-style buffet, with a good selection available.

Stayed at this hotel a few times already and have always had a wonderful experience. The newly renovated rooms are lovely, breakfast is delicious, free coffee all day and amazing staff!

Premiere Classe Hotel is a few minutes’ walk to Ostseekai cruise ship terminal, that I didn’t have to take a taxi.

Location was excellent, buses train station and taxis minutes away. Staff very helpful and on the ball. Good size room very comfortable and excellent soundproofing . Loved the view from the window.

The Badewelt area was excellent – especially the heated outdoor pool, which was amazing even in cold weather. The indoor pool is spacious and the sauna area is very relaxing. Direct access from the rooms to the spa via elevator is very convenient. The half board option was also great and made our stay very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic short getaway.
