Very clean and comfortable. We chose Hattingen purely because it was about halfway from Bruges to Goslar. But what a find. The town was delightful and Ruhr Inn was only an easy 10 minute walk away so we were able to wander the village for an hour and a half often dinner in the evening. Beautiful.

Lovely spacious room and great bathroom, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast

The friendly owner helped me changing date when I was delayed due to the flood at that time in Southern Germany. I got a nice big room. The location was good, very near to railway station and tramway in the central parts of Hattingen.

The hotel was excellent. Lene on reception was so helpful she went to so much trouble to book us a restaurant in the town which was quite hard as the Christmas Market was on, nothing was too much troble for her. A valued member of staff definitely an 11 out of 10 for her.

the location was nice at the watefront but sadly our rooms didnt have much of a view.

Modern hotel, all beautifully appointed. Large comfortable room with top-class bathroom. The location is fine if travelling by car, but walking to/from town would be a challenge. Wide choice for breakfast.

The host was wonderful and the view towards the location great! Breakfast was also very good and the beds were great.

Rooms are clean, with a beautiful wooden floor. It is one of the few hotels in Bochum with rooms with a wooden floor instead of a carpet. There was a misunderstanding when I checked in, but it was fixed the next day. The room was beautiful, and decorated with good taste. Bathroom is very modern. The hotel is ideally located, in the center, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and within a 10 min walking distance from the railway station. Breakfast is "à la carte", and is good. I appreciated the staff and the waitress who served me at breakfast.
