The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, the facilities are new and kept very clean. The bar has some nice bites which were perfect after our late arrival from Stuttgart airport. The staff had been very friendly, hospitable and very helpful.

The apartment was clean and cozy. We slept well. We didn't have time to fully use all the appliances, but we easily found what we needed—a kettle and a toaster. Parking was also easy—we parked 20 meters from the entrance. The apartment also had a charming summer veranda. December isn't the best time for a veranda, but if you're here at a different time, I think you'll enjoy it.

The place was quiet, more vast than it seemed. There were many guides presents to direct us to activities, restaurants, amenities or stores we needed. A very well-ran and organized place.

Guest review

Very nice and quiet place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free parking was a big advantage. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. The location is excellent for visiting the castles in the area and is also close to supermarkets and a very good bakery nearby, which made mornings better. The owner is very kind and responds quickly to any requests, making the whole stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

We found Hechingen to be a perfect location to enjoy nearby...

We found Hechingen to be a perfect location to enjoy nearby castles Hohenzollenberg, Lichtenstein and the nearby waterfalls are magical. There is plenty of scenery and hiking walks. Hechingen is a good central Town to explore the area. We ate supper at Restaurant Schlossberg on the Schlossackerstr. Food was freshly cooked, delicious and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again early next year.

Lovely town, with wonderful potential.

Lovely town, with wonderful potential. The old town is a little run down but has massive potential as it has wonderful character. I was told the old industries have closed down and this explains the lack of investment by the local council. But it has its wonderful beauty, even if not yet highlighted.
