A wonderful house, all as described, clean, with a sauna in the yard, ample space outside - fireplace, bbq. We enjoyed the fireplace on the first floor - the perfect space to hang out with very cosy couch space and a nice view. If you travel with more than 6 people you should know that two of the four double beds are in rooms that are not closed of. The interior is very nice -

Cool vacation home with very friendly host, who walked us over the large property at the beginning. There are benches and grill for a barbecue which we enjoyed, a lawn and field for small football, small pool and a lake, sauna for a small fee (which was excellent) and even Indian tents which were brought up the weekend we arrived. Rooms have everything we needed, even for little cooking. Beds cozy and warm (we visited in July) and there is even a small pig who we fed the rest of our vegetables... sweet. With a huge forest bordering the property. Really a place to relax and chill

The room was basic, for one, peacefull and humbling. Nothing to complain of. It is still a monastery. Location brilliant. Having breafast in a monastery hall was both wonderfull and a great experience. A little issue with language barrier, but it was expected. If you enjoy simple things don' t miss it.

Great hospitality. We didn't speak German but the hostess treated us with kindness and tried to communicate. It's beautiful to see a renovated old hotel like this. It was uncanny that while the furniture was often 50s wooden style, it was at the same time perfectly maintained. The whole hotel was spotless. Amenities were in order.

Everything was OK. The apartment well equipped even for a longer stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was more than adequate, although some variation would have been nice. You can hear the silence around you so tranquil the place is. A good location to discover the Eifel-Region or the Ardennes.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The breakfasts were sumptuous, the room was spacious, clean and warm. The views from our balcony were amazing. After a long days walking, our hostess surprised us with herbal foot baths! There was ample information about the locality in the hotel reception.
