The hotel restaurant was lovely, the bed was very comfy and the room was very quiet, absolutely no traffic noise and no wooden creaking floorboards either! There was no written menu for the evening restaurant, the menu of the day was recited from memory. The restaurant turned out a splendid evening meal and an excellent breakfast with a wide selection of high quality items. Reminder the hotel is closed Monday evenings. There was no phone signal for me the valley. The hotel WIFI was fine for me but the owner told me that he was in the middle of getting a faster service installed. For me this would be somewhere to bring the wife without the children for a quiet weekend, something I hope to do one day.

Centre of town. Dedicated parking area. Staff extremely welcoming. Very helpful to my non-german speaking wife. Excellent evening meal and morning buffet. Bitburg centre was a joy to be in. Happy families and young children walking and playing until it started to get dark.

A lot of people staying here seem to have some sort of mean plan. We did not, we chose from the menu and the (German) food was pretty good, we had a meat and a vegetarian option. We had some German beers and wines after dinner and stayed in a room that was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Great staff.... Jan was excellent making sure all was good. The food was plentiful and good value. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar served Bitburger which is good as the brewery is just down the road!! All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel as well as my 10 travelling companions.
