Lovely place! We were so impressed by everything. We tought we are just going to sleep over in a small family hotel but it was much much more than that. So many details you could adore. The family running the business are so nice and polite, food was more than great , very clean. Atmosphere was just perfect, exactly what you would expect when visiting Germany. I can not think of something that wasn't okay. Highly recommend by my family, you won't regret!

This really is a beautiful place and we look forward to our return stay next month. There is so much to see in this beautiful area.

Nice hotel, good facilities, nice personal, thermal indoor pool, very good breakfast, big underground parking, quiet location.

If you are looking for really TOP services, this hotel is the right one for you. TOP thermal spa, TOP restaurant, TOP people everywhere. We loved our stay from 1st minute to the last.

Great however, you have a long walk for your meal when you have your meals included (seating area). Food was buffet, some of the prepared food was not warm anymore. Large selection of salad, main course and excellent desserts. Wellness area’s exceptional outside pool super. Room large however the toilet to small recommend a sliding door would be better.

The Cristal Cave and the Salt Cave were the top special rooms which make this very good Hotel special.

Excellent location, close to the center and the spa. Large clean room, comfortable beds, daily cleaning service. Good wifi. Parking in the underground garage or in reserved spaces in front of the hotel.
