The staff were super friendly and very helpful in assisting me in planning my trip. The food in the evenings that was served in the bar was excellent, and very good value for money. The staff always had time for the guest. I am not sure if it was the manager or owner of the hotel, but he was always happy to have a chat and help in any way he could. I think there was a bit of a mix up regarding the payment made by Booking.com to the hotel for my trip, the manager sorted this out quickly, reassuring me that the problem was solved, he was very apologetic, along with complementary beer. I was on a motor bike stay and highly recommend this hotel to other bikers. Safe place for the bikes and help with places to visit. Nice location within easy reach of some of Germanys great days out, including the black forest and Frankfurt.

Friendly greeting and nice lady indeed. The shower entrance was a bit of a squash. Hand wash provided but no shower gel

Wonderful homely atmosphere. Food is amazing, including a wonderful breakfast. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

This is a very nice property that has been refurbished to a very high standard, it looks like no expense has been spared. The owner and his family were exceptionally friendly. The restaurant has to be a dining experience not to be missed, an absolute gem of a place. We could not take breakfast at the hotel but the recommendation of the local bakery proved to be very good. Would highly recommend.

Very nice location, frienly and kind personel!

A nice quiet family run hotel in a small town/village. Easy to find, with a good small supermarket next door and only 10 minutes from the motorway. We must have stayed here seven or eight times, so we obviously like it.

beautiful environment, clean large room, rich breakfast selection, friendly staff

It was so clean everywhere. Comfortable

I like all of it besides the beds. Reception was great - Restaurant was great and the personnel were excellent. Oh and I almost forgot the VIEW was spectacular.

I was on a business trip in Frankfurt and this is the second time I have chosen this hotel yet. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly and nice. I can only recommend it. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Frankfurt. :)

The hostess was exceptionelly kind and friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome. The room was nice and newly decorated an the breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and quiet.

Location, family run, high quality cuisine, friendly staff, nature hiking paths, easy parking

Despite having visited many very luxurious hotels around the world for 20 years, Seehotel Niedernberg - Das Dorf am See has definitely become number one on my list. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel very relaxed and special. After making the reservation, I contacted the front office manager, Jan-Eike, to organize a special birthday surprise for my wife, and he personally handled the entire process. When we arrived at the hotel, everything had been prepared perfectly, exactly as I had wished. All the staff at the hotel are friendly, understanding, and very willing to fulfill requests. The pool and SPA areas are very hygienic. The breakfast is very diverse, the quality is extremely high, and the flavors are wonderful. The special and refined menus in the evening restaurants were ambitious enough to rival Michelin-starred restaurants. The surroundings of the hotel are just as magnificent. I am certain you will be very satisfied. Many thanks to all the hotel staff and management.” ✨🏨🌿

An extremely very friendly owner. Vey kind and always helpful. Had a great stay and I would strongly recommend staying here to other people looking for a place to stay in this area. Thank you 🙏😊

We like very much staying in this hotel if we travel to Frankfurt for exhibitions. We get nice accommodation and very nice dinners. We prefer staying here rather than go to expensive hotels in Frankfurt city center where we have had bad experience.

Wow this place was amazing! Spotlessly clean. Everything was brand new and luxurious. The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable and the shower was wonderful. I loved the food and mini bar left for guests. Every detail has been thought about. I met Bogda, the cleaner, as I was leaving who was so friendly and welcoming. I honestly didn’t want to check out and can’t wait to stay again in the future
