Very large room, very tastfully appointed, comfortable furniture and beds, with a terrific view from room's large balcony. The hotei was near a thick hardwood forest crosed by many well marked easy trails. The check in was easy, the woman at desk was very knowledgable and fun to talk to. The spa and pool were outstanding. The restaurant's dinner and breakfast were delicious, and choices were great. Rarely have I stayed somewhere that I enjoyed as much.

Team was super welcoming and the dinner we had was absolutely amazing both from quality and portion size perspective - I think it was the first one that was both super tasty and so difficult to finish on the whole of the trip. Rooms were really nice and breakfast was superb. I also absolutely loved the scenery for the morning run. Super conveniently located to explore Black Forest, particularly Mummersee with great circular hike route.

Everything was fantastic. Sabine is a wonderful host, she manages to be both super helpful and warm while also giving you lots of space. The beds are outstandingly comfortable. Breakfast was great. The garden was beautiful and the location was super for exploring the local area. As we stayed two nights we were given a pass for attractions in the local area- some free and some discounted. This was so valuable, we couldn’t believe it! So many fantastic things to do in Schwartzwald. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks Sabine and the team!
