Lovely room, quiet, clean, spacious. You are very close to Alzenau (3 minutes) and Frankfurt (35 minutes), but it feels luke you’re far away, in the midst of nature (the Kahl river runs right behind the hotel). The staff are super friendly, there is gourmet (really excellent) food in the restaurant, all five-star range. Steffen and Torsten, the two owners, went out of their way to accommodate my special requests, e.g. late breakfasts. And they have a lovely dog called Emma. Had a hugely enjoyable stay and will definitely come back.

Check in was quick and easy, our room was nice and warm perfect for this time of the year, with a verandah area to go out to. Very central location close to the local park and waterways. Breakfast was amazing with lots of local foods to try out.
