Amazing friendly and helpful staff!!! Was happy to answer all questions and were very welcoming even when we arrived super late and with a dog.

The room and facilities are very clean, very friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend it. Had a great stay.

The staff and hotel manager are very friendly and kind. The hotel is very cozy, we had very good breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant. We stayed with our dog and she was welcomed everywhere with us. We had an amazing stay!

personal approach of Mr. Skerdi was outstanding. Hotel is modest, but clean and nice. Terrace helps feeling good. Really good curtains.

Beautiful location, ample parking for motos , Marlish and her family made us very welcome.

Loved the spa with its 8 or so steam rooms and saunas. The breakfast was exquisite and the selection very wide. The venison, quail and scallops were had for dinner were superb. The owner and staff very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was just so easy.

An excellent hotel in a very good location. A very comfortable, spacious room and comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean. Outstanding breakfast with a very good choice and homemade jams and cake. Evening meals were also very good indeed, The couple who run the hotel could not have been more pleasant, attentive and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Bad Bertrich is interesting and ideal for a quiet, relaxed stay. There is good walking and cycling in the local area. We would have tried the spa baths (reasonably priced) but regrettably had not packed swimming trunks - if you go then we suggest that you take some with you.

We searched for something close to Cochem and although it`s an almost 30 mins drive, it`s 100% worth it. It`s a small city with a beautiful view. The hotel is located in front of a lake and has the view to mountains. We enjoyed having the chance to sit in the balcony, have a beer and appreciate the view. The person who check us in did not speak any english but she was super nice and we were able to communicate in some way. The room was good and clean. Breakfast had lots of options!
