exceptionally friendly staff !!!!! Good light in the room (good for reading, working, but can of coursed be dimmed, too), good desk for work, nice to have had the terrace and to quickly be in the nice park next to the house. Great location near motorway A40, close to Moers (about 2 km through the Park to the pedestrian zone) and other cities. The huge park near the house is beautiful.

We stayed with our dog. It was super clean, very friendly, very comfortable beds and the charges for the dog were very reasonable. Plenty of parking. We got there late and they accommodated our late arrival Breakfast was plentiful and well priced.

Hotel Omega was just what I needed after a long drive. Staff were superb and were able to cater for my allergies. Location was out of town but for road tripping I found that an advantage, hotel doubles as a Greek Restaurant with decent quality food. Staff were super friendly and enthusiastic too, which makes a huge difference
