Very nice hotel, we arrived by motorbike, and they let us park it in their private garage. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent, very tasty and big portions.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to spend a few days at one of the beautiful volcanic lakes of the Vulkaneifel. The location turned out to be perfect – the lake is only a few minutes away by car. One of the biggest and most pleasant surprises of our stay was the beautiful park right next to the hotel, which we hadn't known about before our arrival. After a busy day, it was wonderful to take an evening walk along the illuminated paths, relax by the pond with ducks and a fountain, taste the mineral spring water, and enjoy the Kneipp footpath with mineral water. The hotel itself is located in an exceptionally peaceful place, far from busy roads. At night, the only sound is the gentle murmur of a nearby stream, and above you is an incredible star-filled sky. On one clear night, we were even lucky enough to see the Milky Way. From the moment we arrived, we were personally welcomed by the owner, Sebastian. It was a wonderful surprise and made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first minute. You can immediately tell that he truly cares about the comfort and well-being of his guests. A special thank you also goes to Sebastian Thomas for his genuine kindness, attentiveness, and excellent recommendations. His warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned impeccably every day, with great attention to detail and obvious care. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the hotel restaurant also offered excellent dinners. A special charm of this place is the hotel's black cat with white paws. Most cats keep their distance from strangers, but this one came over to greet us, climbed onto my husband's lap, and happily accepted plenty of cuddles. We believe animals can sense when they are surrounded by kindness and care, and this lovely cat perfectly reflects the warm atmosphere of the hotel. And of course, the Vulkaneifel itself deserves special mention.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Some staff spoke English with was great as my German is terrible. Very clean and food was very good.

I highly recommend this place. My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here. The owner is a wonderful person who speaks five languages, which is very convenient. I'm so glad we stayed here.

Situated in a lovely part of the Country. Half board meals were excellent. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Plenty of parking.

The location is absolutely amazing, with an incredible view. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the spa and sauna areas, and especially the view from the jacuzzi terrace :) I stayed here for work purposes, but if I ever come to this area again, I would definitely return to this hotel.

The two hosts are great. Our motorcycles were garaged and safe. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is great and ample. Beer is cold and served with a chat and smile.

We traveled all the way from England via car so we could visit some places in Germany. Alex spoke perfectly in English and was easy to communicate throughout our stay. Room was very good size and we had no complaints what so ever when staying there loved the size of the bed. Breakfast was amazing as me and my other half love fresh bread/buns and the buffet style made it easy to pick what you like. Overall we will be looking to book here again in the future!

The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, been staying here for 3-4 years now, they always tell me to put my motorcycle in there outhouse, room is spotless clean, spacious, nice modern, nice and peaceful relaxing place, bathroom is lovely, spacious and fab shower , bed is comfortable, evening food in the restaurant is the best food I had my hole holiday 😋,
