Very easy to reach by train and bus from Munich. The staff welcomed me and checking in was easy and fast. The room was spacious and at a great price compared to other hotels nearby. Super clean and neat. Great bed and sheets. Half the price from other places. Loved it. They also had a shuttle to the airport - 10 min away. My flight was early in the morning. All my needs were met. Everything was on time and very well organized.

While we normally stay in downtown Munich, departure...

While we normally stay in downtown Munich, departure requires a half hour onto transit time for early morning departures. The ability to stay within 100 meters of the terminals make this a wonderful place to stay. Add to that the location of the S8 access makes the location even more desirable since it allows easy access to downtown Munich and the fabulous Kloster Andechs for beauty, food & monastery brewed beer. There is a local brewery with large biergarten inbetween terminals and a number of restaurants as well as the standard airport offerings.

The hotel is a good and reasonably priced option if you have...

The hotel is a good and reasonably priced option if you have an overnight layover at Munich airport. Clean, comfortable and functional. We struggled to find the public bus (512) that takes you reasonably close to the hotel, but the ride is cheap and short and fortunately there is a shuttle service (payable) from the hotel back to the airport.

Beds uncomfortable, terrible pillows, rude front desk staff. Don't think you can have early check in. It cost us $30 euros for each room, and we were stay 2 nights. They will not refill coffee or water for 2nd night. Restaurant and bar don't open until 4 or later if they do. Nothing is close by. They charge you for airport shuttle.

This hotel is within the perfect distance from The Munich AP, only a few minutes by taxi/shuttle. Surrounded by lovely trees and in what seems like a partly residential area, it has a peaceful feeling, away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel has an old world charm, yet with all the modern facilities and still reasonably priced. A lovely and comfortable room with a super comfortable bed. The room was clean, equipped with a fridge, coffe maker and water heater in case you prefer tea. Lovely bathroom with shower and tub, nice towels, hair dryer, shampoo, lotions and bath products. I am marking it as my favorite airport hotel ❤️

This is a typical traditional German gasthaus.

This is a typical traditional German gasthaus. It is situated in a small village and it might be good to indulge in the culture and ambience of that area. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable, but there is no lift that you do have to navigate stairs.

Very clean and comfortable hotel that was fit for purpose for us leaving from Munich Airport the next day. If coming from the airport, go unstairs, outside to where the public buses are and catch the 512 bus which will drop you approx 400meters from the hotel. They have a shuttle to take you tot he airport for 10euro per person, however it is more affordable to take an uber if 3 or more people.

Airport hotel - stayed for one night while in transit to Austria, very comfortable and easy to get to via airport shuttle. Moxy hotels a bit quirky and fun which is very nice for a hotel in this price bracket.
