Fantastic location. Great sized room. Close to bus stop and local shops.

Lovely and clean and fresh, staff was very helpful, cheerful and just really very nice

The hotel is new; has an excellent breakfast. In addition to being about 30 minutes from the city center (the hotel is in an industrial area as you already knew), it is close to the subway and there is a minimarket on the way to the hotel. There is an option for an internal restaurant but there is a restaurant close to the hotel. For me and my nephew, travel time is not a problem; it is part of tourism; being around people in your everyday life.

Great location near the train station, lovely little restaurant with a little breakfast spread in the morning

Clean room. The breakfast, although it's a paid service, had a good selection of food.

The hotel is near of two train stations, perfect breakfast and I did not problem with my dog.

Very modern romské and tasty breakfest

Close to railway station to take you into the centre. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

- Great hotel - Clean - Bus stop right next to the hotel - Grocery store a 3 min Walk away - Friendly staff

Stayed for one night during Oktoberfest and really loved how close the property was to the S-Bahn. There were also lots of places to just hang out with friends, and the place seemed really laid back. While it may seem like an unusual place to stay compared to a typical hotel, check-in and out was super easy, and they allowed us to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Didn’t pre-book breakfast, but had breakfast in the morning and it was amazing for the price. Honestly wish we had of stayed another evening, just so we could of had the breakfast again! Beds were comfy and airflow in room was great. Property have a filtered water bottle fill station in the common area above reception area.

Really kind and helpful personnel. Very clean and confortable place. Good breakfast.

Room cleanliness and staff hospitality

The hotel was tradicional and really easy to have ours meals in the hotel.

Very nice full breakfast, great coffee options, big lounge at the entrance with a homey feel, staff were super friendly and very helpful for anything I needed. The garden is very nice and location is a 7 min walk from the train station. Well located close to few coffee shops and bakeries, supermarkets and some clothing shops. Room and bathroom were very clean and well prepared. I liked the fact that they do a very nice hot lunch at a very nice price - high quality ingredients. I would definitely book there again next year.

Friendly and efficient staff , the gentleman and the ladies at the reception smiling and eager to help. Proximity to the Exhibition grounds ( Munchen messe ) only two stops ( Moosefeld to Messestadt ost) by U2 and only 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. To get down town : U2 directly to Sendlinger Tor .The area of the hotel very beautiful: full of trees and pretty houses . Very safe . The room spacious and well appointed ( coffee making facilities a must for me ) and QUIET !!! Shampoo etc provided had a very nice smell and good quality .

Great room with a fridge, great bathroom, nice breakfast selection, comfy bed.

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, near bus station (217,199). Self ceck in.

Fantastic interiors, a stylish time travel in the best way possible – the colors and decorations really lift up the mood! Breakfast options are limited but everything is fresh and there is something to choose for everyone. Staff were some of the kindest hotel personnel I’ve met! All in all we had a wonderful stay here and would gladly recommend it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is super convenient, just next to the highway, making it ideal to stop for a night or two. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and will happily book again if I'm passing through the area!
