Clean. Comfortable. Close to S Ban and Bus. Garage park free. Stuff very kind.

Friendly personnel, good breakfast, spacious room

Free parking just in fronf of the hotel. There was also underground parking, but I didn”t use it. Good and quiet location. Very, very wellcoming staff. Expecially want to say - Thank you! to the receptionist, who at the check-in process also gave me additional info, what I needed, that, actually, was not his job (where to buy Umweltzone sticker for my auto, as it was Sunday evening and on Monday early morning I had to be in the Munich center) and he answered to all my questions and helped so much! There is elevator in the hotel and my room was great and clean. Many programs on TV, comfortable shower and beautiful balcon. There was no water in the room (only two glasses and bottle opener), but it is possible to buy it on the first floor of hotel, from drink automat. Great breakfast and very delicious coffee.

Close to railway station to take you into the centre. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Our absolute favourite hotel :) The fabulous team, friendly/relaxed atmosphere and style are simply amazing. We love staying here whenever we're in Munich - time and again - and it's an absolute pleasure. We just had a master room again - WOW! We didn't want to leave! Thank you sooooo much :) (S-Bahn direct to the main station and a great supermarket literally a couple of footsteps from your room - perfect!)

Everything was perfect. Check-in was quick, and there's a display outside the building. The rooms were clean and the service was perfect. Recommended.

The hotel was a little away from the centre but with all hotels being full for Oktoberfest, it was a good choice The U-bahn station is close to the hotel and an excellent connection to the city centre The rooms are not huge but good enough for a couple with one suitcase each The bathroom is spacious and clean and the rooms are serviced daily.

Stayed for one night during Oktoberfest and really loved how close the property was to the S-Bahn. There were also lots of places to just hang out with friends, and the place seemed really laid back. While it may seem like an unusual place to stay compared to a typical hotel, check-in and out was super easy, and they allowed us to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Didn’t pre-book breakfast, but had breakfast in the morning and it was amazing for the price. Honestly wish we had of stayed another evening, just so we could of had the breakfast again! Beds were comfy and airflow in room was great. Property have a filtered water bottle fill station in the common area above reception area.

Stayed for Oktoberfest, wasn't too bad for that, there is a S Bahn station about 300m away which gets you into centre of Munich or Oktoberfest location . Quiet area....didn't seem to be many bars or restaurants . The area seems to be more for commercial use, many companies there.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and convenient location, easy to reach by car. The hotel restaurant served surprisingly good food, both for breakfast and dinner. A great bonus was the on-site EV charging station, which worked perfectly and made our road trip hassle-free. Clean room, helpful staff — would gladly return.

Exceptional location outside tourist traffic. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, I hope to stay here sometime later :-)

Great property, had everything we needed.

Young man on reception was incredibly polite and nice even though we came really late due to the car issue. Beds were really comfortable and hotel was great host for us during Eurocup :)

Very spacious and clean rooms!

The room had everything we needed and more, including a dishwasher, washing machine for clothes and even a microwave which we really liked! We also enjoyed home made food while on vacation due to the fact that we had everything we needed to cook (pans etc.)

Good hotel, nice staff, great breakfast.

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, near bus station (217,199). Self ceck in.

We had a very pleasant stay in Fab hotel and definitely will choose it for our next visit to Munich. There we found all the necessary for us things to feel comfortable. Our room was enough spacious, cosy and very well cleaned during our stay. A big plus for me was the big terrace which I really appreciated as there aren't a lot of hotels in Munich, that offers rooms with terraces. The WF connection was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We like very much the location of the hotel, which is situated on Pfanzeltpatz, a very charming place. Around the hotel you can find restaurants with Italian and Bayern cuisine, bakery, cafe and the bus station is next to the door of the hotel. During our stay we went running every morning in Ostpark, that is situated not far from the hotel.

Fantastic location. Great sized room. Close to bus stop and local shops.

The decor and the styling of the main floor, but also of the rooms, were amazing! The staff was super friendly and ready to provide the support we needed at any time.

Very quiet. Handy to subway and shops.

It s very cheap for the rooms they have Recommended

Very comfortable and clean, staff were nice. The hotel is a gem!
