Excellent breakfast! Nice and quiet hotel.

The hotel is easy to find and has ample free car parking. The owners/staff speak good English and are very welcoming. The rooms are large and very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the river. The restaurant is good value and serves good quality food.

A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and super helpful staff. A excellent and generous breakfast buffet. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast. My room was tiny, but I knew that and the price reflected it.

The breakfast was great, especially the scrambled eggs! The room was big, with a huge balcony. They have a bowling alley too, which was under my room but it was not disturbing. They close it at 22.00 so there was no problem during the night. There were a lot of guests, party, and the restaurant was full, but I was there at Whit Sunday, so it was expected. I only stayed one night, so I could not try the pool, beer garden, or other activities, but the location and place looked great! It seems like mostly a German tourist destination, but they are open and very helpful with foreigners too.

Very friendly staff, suite fancy hôtel, everything was spotless, both the evening 4-course meal as the breakfast were very good.

Breakfast had a nice selection with coffee and cream already at the table reserved for your room Hotel is close to the train station within a 3 minute walk. They give you a ticket for the ferry to explore the other side of the river where the Bastei is located The hotel features an excellent restaurant with delicious food. Staff were friendly and helpful

the staff were AMAZING. so accommodating. We initially booked a non-AC room because we didn’t know the hotel had AC available. We were sweltering. So we asked for any fan or anything and they actually upgraded us at minimal cost and we moved to an AC room. The staff stayed after their shift to assist us with this. Really above and beyond. They were friendly too

Loved the interior,As if I came to visit my grandmother, very warm and cozy, friendly staff . Very good location in Heidenau.A big plus was that you could book a room without paying by card . delicious coffee and breakfast

The location was remote, but a close drive to Basteibrücke. A bit of a longer drive to Dresden, but nicw to be away from the big city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially since my daughter and I got sick and they helped us with cleaning the room on short notice.

Luxurious room overlooking the castle, and a restaurant/ inn feel at the front, where with the other guests we could drink and eat, and enjoy the quiet evenings after all the castle visitors have headed off. Very extensive breakfast buffet in the morning to fuel you for the days adventure. The hotel is also part of the scheme where you get a pass for local buses, trains and ferries. It’s brilliant- absolutely the best way to explore the region and cut down on traffic. Evening BBQ on second night may have been a one-off - it was certainly a great way to end another days walking!

Location is the star attraction! Great base for walking in the area. We were kindly given a room looking over the valley and beautiful scenery, thank you! Minibar with great selection of complimentary drinks, wonderful. And the breakfast was extensive and very good. Loved staying here.
