Very friendly and helpful staf. I had serious back problems and had to undertake a small surgery in the clinic nearby. During eating in the restaurant they voluntarily gave me what I needed to sit properly.

Everyone was so helpful, the menu and everything was in German, which I speak only a very little of. The staff took their time to help us understand and recommend things that we would like. The breakfast was AMAZING!

Comfortable and cosy family-run hotel. Best location in Kastellaun, good breakfast nice, clean comfortable rooms. They switched our room with no problems when there was an issue with a blind, very helpful on transportation and day trip options.
