Location of the hotel is perfectly in the center of the Sassnitz. If you look for comfy place I recommend.

We stayed at a nice room on the last floor. The room is very cozy and spacious, with all the amenities and a good view. Location is also nice.

Great location, close to bus/train station. So it is convenient to connect with other cities on the island. The harbor is also nearby.We traveled by motorbike, parking is in front of the hotel.

This is probably one of the very few places on the island of Rügen that offers a truly comfortable holiday for the whole family. It is especially wonderful for families with children of different ages. We absolutely loved the swimming pool: the water did not smell strongly of chlorine and did not irritate the eyes, which was perfect for our child. The air was warm, the temperature in the children’s pool was excellent, and our child was truly happy. We also really enjoyed the possibility to visit the sauna, the varied breakfast, the lovely room with clean bed linen, as well as tea and coffee facilities. Nearby there was also an opportunity for our child to ride a pony, which was a beautiful extra experience. Overall, we liked absolutely everything. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and we are very grateful for that.

We had a great stay at the Schloss Ranzow, the rooms were big enough and the mattress good. The golf course was great too. Loved the breakfast it had everything you needed

The sympathy of the staff is unprecedented. The family managing the hotel make you feel at home and always with good humour and kindness in help you. The cleaniness of the place is also notable.

The hotel is great! It's very clean and well-designed. The staff is helpful and definitely cyclist-friendly. :) The breakfast is amazing, and you must try the hotel's restaurant – especially their signature burgers!

Despite language barrier, the staff was super nice and we got to know all the stuff we had to know (breakfast times etc.) The city is tiny, but that was for the best, it was quiet.
