The hotel is in a nice historic location. The personnel is offering exceptional hospitality both in the restaurant and in the hotel. First we got a room where the window didn't close properly (otherwise the room was absolutely lovely), so we talked to the lady at the reception who immediately offered us another room (actually it was an upgrade). Also, we enjoyed the spa facilities: the sauna area and the pool were very clean and comfortable. The food and drinks in the restaurant are of the highest quality. No doubt this hotel was the best choice in Friedrichstadt.

Great hotel. Fabulous Breakfast. Comfortable Bed. Good Wifi. Lovely bathroom. And a piece of cake in the afternoon. Also it was right next to the station so when my train didn't arrive I could pop back and drink some more tea until the next train came. Really great. I'd like to return especially for the breakfast.

I have booked the room for my husband when he was travelling for work, for one night. He was very satisfied with the place itself but mostly with the host who was very welcoming and prepared everything what was needed for my husband even that he arrived late. Thank you :)
