I spent only one night at Hotel Hirsch, arriving late in the night. The owner was very flexible, the key was left for us, we could after breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the room was cosy and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Ochsen. The room was lovely and the breakfast was superb. The hotel is right at the start of the old town. The owners were delightful and went out of their way to help us.

Its a cool place. A hotel with horse stables. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet! Unfortunately for us was the restaurant closed due to a private party. But there are a few small local restaurants nearby. Breakfast is great. But the highlights are the owners. Who are sooooo very nice and friendly. And they have a great very sweet dog… A great place to stop on your way to or from Italy.
