The staff was attentive and friendly, providing a high level of service. Only positive impressions — I would gladly return again.

Very large room with nice view over the city. Beds a bit too soft but still comfy. Nice breakfast buffet, but they bring you coffee. Windows open! NO elevator so it is a bit of an athletic event to go into your room on 3. OG. often. But ok. This hotel is very clean, very "old Germany" as I remember it from my first visit in 1990 (in th west)- clean, flowers in pots, very German. Wonderful location right in AltStadt, restaurants nearby.
