The host met us on site and was SO friendly! The apartment itself is well-equipped and generally very comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, with views of the farm land around. It is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest lake (which was great for walking/running around). The property was also well-located for exploring the surrounding area (car required), including the castles just outside of Fussen and the local lakes, which were quite stunning (it was great to be able to go for a swim in the evenings, as the weather was really hot). The village is small but has a restaurant which is well-attended.

We stayed for just one night on the way from Prague to Switzerland. I can say many good words about the hotel: good room, friendly staff, good restaurant, no problems with parking. But what I remember the most is the comfortable bed. I had really great sleep, unusually great (and not because I was tired or something like that - I wasn't :) If I have a chance to come back, I will for sure.

good size room and very pleasant staff. When I arrived it was raining and I was soaked, I was walking the king Ludwig Way. The Mountain View I was supposed to get from my room was poor, rain clouds everywhere. Next morning however, the clouds had gone and the view was to die for. definitely a hotel I would stay at again.
