Clean beautiful rooms , rene the cook was amazing and a credit to your hotel loved it

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast. My room was tiny, but I knew that and the price reflected it.

Great rooms, fantastic location, quite

Luxurious room overlooking the castle, and a restaurant/ inn feel at the front, where with the other guests we could drink and eat, and enjoy the quiet evenings after all the castle visitors have headed off. Very extensive breakfast buffet in the morning to fuel you for the days adventure. The hotel is also part of the scheme where you get a pass for local buses, trains and ferries. It’s brilliant- absolutely the best way to explore the region and cut down on traffic. Evening BBQ on second night may have been a one-off - it was certainly a great way to end another days walking!

Everything was very good. The location is excellent, the staff was very kind, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Parking fine, free bus to the centre, aquacentrum in the neighborhood.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The Pension was in a lovely area. The sauna was a lovely bonus.

I enjoy having breakfast and dinner at the terrace with the beautiful view. Their breakfast is amazing with a lot of fancy options. Staff were super friendly and they serve very professionally.

The view over the river was a delight.

wonderful view on the mountains! comfortable and pleasant place! Clean. 3 minutes from railway station! 5 minutes to the ferry. They gave the tickets for the ferry for the whole period of stay. It is near the most beautiful places - Bastei Rocks . Nice different foot routes. It was a wonderful place to visit. The Bastei rocks looked amazing and very special. The Amselsee lake was peaceful.

Great hotel is very cozy, just at the start of all tracking routes. The room is spacey, the beds are really comfortable. The swimming pool is quite big and clean. The staff is very friendly, we have arrived later than expected and were late for dinner, so they have saved the dinner for us and serve it in the room! The food is great both for breakfast and for dinner.

Everything was PERFECT, my husband and I loved it! The city is incredibly romantic, close to the Bastei Brücke trail. The staff was really nice, the room was beautiful, and the installations incredible. We used the sauna every evening and it was really nice to relax after so much walking. I have to say the breakfast was great, but the dinner in the restaurant was extraordinary! We also brought our corgi puppy and it went very well.

I’ve stayed here at least 6 times now and it always delivers. Great parking for motorcycles too.

Rich buffet breakfast in hunting-decorated halls, big clean room (N1 "Bastei"), modern hot shower, friendly staff.

Location is the star attraction! Great base for walking in the area. We were kindly given a room looking over the valley and beautiful scenery, thank you! Minibar with great selection of complimentary drinks, wonderful. And the breakfast was extensive and very good. Loved staying here.

This is an attractive hotel in a good location with views over the river and a salt grotto. Manfred has owned the hotel for 35 years and has kept it up to a very high standard. He also operates a 24 hour reception which suited me well. Sadly I had to leave before breakfast.

Independent en-suite with coffee machine, digital entrance system

A quaint lovely hotel situated just off the main square of a quaint and lovely town - Pirna.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I had this amazing room that overlooked the market with so much light. It was quiet, even if it overlooked the market. The shower was perfect both in speed and hotness of water. The room was clean. I would have appreciated a better quality wifi, but it is what it is. The breakfast was ok, i loved that i could have it outside. I would have appreciated some fresh vegetables and some fruit. But all it all it was ok, maybe a tad expensive tho.

Our main purpose was to visit the Bastei Bridge and for this the location was excellent. Big lovely room with terrace in the garden. Lovely breakfast and parking.

Really friendly staff! Great Pool after days of hiking

Excellent location, close to bus and rail stations, and within easy walking distance for the town centre. A very good breakfast was provided.
