Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and passionate. Their communication was excellent, with detailed, useful, and prompt responses. We informed the hosts that we would arrive late, and despite there being no reception after business hours, they still showed up to assist our family. This gesture was extremely heartwarming, and we were very grateful. Although the rooms are not large, they are cozy, comfortable, clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The decor throughout the rooms and the hotel is charming and home-like, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere that we really enjoyed. Breakfast was a highlight, served in a room with a glass rooftop ceiling that allowed us to enjoy the sunshine. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s own wine, being part of a vineyard, added a special touch. The hosts ensured that everyone’s needs were met and that no one left hungry. The location in a small village was very peaceful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. We would love to visit again and stay a bit longer if possible.

Everything was fine, the room was big, the shower was nice. Easy check-in and you can park on the street without a problem. Communicating with the hosts was easy, they were quick to reply (in German in my case). If anything was dirty like some other reviews complained about, that's probably because of your roommates and not because of the hosts! I'll stay there again when I'm in the area again.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Location was near the center of town and had ample parking. Breakfast was plentiful with nice selections. There is a camping lot between hotel and river which can get noisy but we weren’t bothered by it.

Friendly staff. Very nice rooms, although slightly overpriced considering the location in the countryside. Well organised staff, great breakfast, rooms - excellent german workmanship. Would consider staying a few more nights if the price was lower

This place was one of the big surprises of our month long trip across Central Europe. Having enjoyed Rothenburg and Bamberg 20 years ago we looked for somewhere nice in the area we could use as a base to see both. We didn’t realize how cute Sulzfeld am Main is itself with its walls and turrets, or even Wurzburg which we were glad we visited in on a whim. Highly recommend the house and the area. We had a lovely dinner at the local gasthouse.
