Great wiffi. Clean. Good location to town..

Very nice hotel. The location is great and it's close to supermarkets. It's very quiet and clean. The apartment we rented was very spacious with a kitchen that contains necessary utensils.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. The sauna area in the basement was super nice.

Everything (location, staff / owners’s friendliness, breakfast, etc)

Super friendly people at reception, rooms are really comfy and in a nice spot, close to the beach and within 5-10min walk to shops and restaurants. I’ll be back!

The flowers in front the house were very nice

I think it is one of the best properties in Sylt! Greatly made rooms / excellent fitness equipments / spa - pool is lovely! They have done the entire hotel/ restaurants with great interiors. Loved our stay!! Will be going there more frequently !!

Everything, I’ll try to stay here also next time.

Convenient hotel located in central Westerland. Clean, well designed rooms. Excellent breakfast offered at Sylthotel Raffelhüschen with fresh food and very friendly staff. Rooms have a small fridge, espresso machine, dishes and Rituals products.

Lovely and comfortable room, with a balcony (including a bistro set) and with two armchairs. Exceptional service by the staff. In particular, the housekeeping team are brilliant: they are assiduous in cleaning your room while you are in breakfast. This means that if you want just to relax on your balcony or in your room for a bit in the morning, you can do so without getting in the way, which is lovely. The grounds are charming, with a few Strandkorbe to sit in. The hotel is well located for the town and the beach: it's less than 10 minutes away from the railway station and the main bus station, and less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Despite being very close to the main street in Westerland, it is very quiet. I didn't notice any traffic noise, even with the balcony doors open. Breakfast is a good German breakfast, with some excellent croissants and raisin buns from the associated Raffelhuschen bakery served (you can spot a Raffelhuschen on Sylt because there's always a long queue early in the morning!). Do also look out for the coffee and (Raffelhuschen) cake in the afternoon: a real treat.

We liked everything. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, a short walk from the train and bus station and the beach, not to mention cinema, shops and restaurants. The swimming pool and wellness areas are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff were without exception welcoming, friendly, polite and highly professional.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful
