We came for the Christmas market. Karl August is just next to it. The car park is at the underground. It is easy to carry or luggage from car park to lobby. Obviously, we did get help from the reception. Although the car park entrance is not at the hotel entrance, the reception staff was very helpful to guide us how to drive to the car park. The swimming pool, spa is clean and good. A good view from the top level corridor going to the gym.

We booked a superior room as we have 2 young kids (below 3 YO) and it was a good decision to pay a bit more for the space. The room was comfortable and huge (40+sqm). The staff were very accommodative and put in 2 baby cot for our 2 young ones. The hotel breakfast is great and worth the €18 per adult. Kids below 5 eats for free. Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast.

Absolutely 5***** outstanding! An amazing hotel on every level. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff, the studio room on the top floor was brilliant - perfectly furnished and really comfortable. Dinner at La Tasca was fantastic and really nice experience. The breakfast with really great options on the menu was a perfect end to a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend, and hopefully will return again soon.

checked in in late night reception welcome is avarage however I was happy with room and location much. Breakfast was awesome. It s open buffet, you can order egg however you want and they served this and hot drinks on your table. Personel in breakfast restaurant was extermly friendly and talented. thanks.
