The couple are very kind and and had offered us extremely warm service. We couldn't find any taxis when we arrived the coach station and the owner of the house picked us up immediately when he knew that. All in all, the owner of the house helped us a lot when we lived there for two days. I am sure I will be back to re-book this house if I travel to Denmark next year.

The location was perfect, the host communicated very well, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was a new experience for me and although the sharing system worked perfectly well I did feel a little uncomfortable with the arrangement; I am aware that this probably just says more about me than about the accommodation which was excellent overall.

Ebeltoft has a central area of old half-timbered buildings and cobbled streets which makes it a pleasant place to be. There are opportunities for long walks and a wide range of activities. Plenty of nice places to eat at all times of the day. The harbour area in the old fishing port is a nice place to stroll and relax.

My purpose of the stay was to visit The filmfestival at The European Film School. It is a cosy and and intimate village, lovely to walk around. Next time I will not wait with arranging my bookings, a lot of people came visiting Ebeltoft this first weekend of May!

Super holiday for families, culture vultures and those who want to relax in an interesting location. Plenty of day trips, supermarkets, events and shopping as well as areas to go walking, cycling or simply relaxing at the beach depending on preference. Any time of the year is fine... even in cold weather as there is lots to do and see. As yet an underestimated holiday location.

My main reason for this trip was the frigate, i would recommend any shiplover to go there. To see all details and visit the whole exibition you should plan with a half days time 3-4 hrs min. Very nice also the old town centre with nice restaurants and icecream Bars.I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much.

We visited in winter so this was a quiet time.

We visited in winter so this was a quiet time. The main purpose of the visit was to explore the Frigate Jylland - If you are interested in naval history this is well with a visit - there is a small museum next to the ship and experts are on hand to answer your questions. All decks of the ship are accessible. Despite being out of season the museum was well attended, and the museum staff were friendly. At this time of year the town is very quiet, but we could still find places to eat and prices aren’t ridiculously high. The area seems very safe and people are trusting - we felt welcomed wherever we went. If we visit again we’ll probably go in summer so we can enjoy longer days outside.

Beautiful central location in Ebeltoft. Overlooking the sea and walking distance to the old town center. A welcoming and calming smell in the whole building, very spacious rooms with a balcony. Nicely decorated. Do try the restaurant and sit after dinner around the fire place for some complimentary marsh-mellows and cosy seats. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely spacious, bright, airy apartment with comfortable practical facilities in a great location in a beautiful area. Excellent views over the old town rooftops to the bay beyond with some lovely sunsets in the evening. The host Frank kindly offered to collect me on arrival from the airport and even gave me a little tour on the way to get a feel of Ebeltoft. Highly recommended.

It was such a hyggelig summerhouse at a perfect location in the forest, close to the sea in Ebeltoft. Spacious, bright, with superb outside terrace and green space. Helpful and flexible hosts, thanks a lot for a (all too short) stay!
