We arrived late to Spodsbjerg. The director, Claus, arranged for a taxi to pick us, and a broken bicycle up, and drive us to the hotel. The dinner, beef tenderloin, was expertly prepared. The suite we stayed in was well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the large bathroom, with a jacuzzi, was unexpected but welcoming. When we left the hotel. Kristine, at the reception desk, arranged for us to get our bikes to Rudkøbing despite the local taxi service unable to meet our request. We have stayed all over Denmark these past two decades and the Skrøbelev Gods is a must stay hotel on the beautiful Langeland island.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcome. The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the views are simply amazing. It was exactly the kind of place where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy some quiet time away from everyday life. The house had everything we needed, and we especially loved the cosy, homely atmosphere. We also really appreciated how friendly and helpful the host was. Communication was easy and pleasant, and we always felt very welcome. We were genuinely sorry to leave and would love to come back one day. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for peace, nature, and a warm, authentic stay on Langeland.
