The place is beautiful. Close to nature and a spectacular lake. The room was good, but it sure needs some renewal. The breakfast was tasty and had a good amount of options.

On a cycle trip - wondeful location! We had a nice place in the park with beer and wine, just no white wine. But berries and wonderful views. The dinner was fantastic! Spent a lot of money, but very nice! The cook was great!

What guests said about Ringsted:

Ringsted is a small quired city.

Ringsted is a small quired city. The train station is located in the middle of the city and easy to get to. The train will connect you nonstop to Copenhagen and other areas. That makes Ringsted to a good place to stay and connect with a lots of places and smaller cities around the area. Since my cousin resides in Ringsted, we always will be back to visit her and enjoy Denmark.

Danhostel Ringsted

Simple hostel accommodation about 20 minutes walk from railway station. Only stayed one night while visiting Roskilde, as we changed trains there and left our bags in the station lockers. Lovely, friendly staff, decent breakfast at reasonable price. Basic room, en suite, with cramped bunk beds, but this is a hostel, not a hotel room. Linen / towel was included (even though confirmation email said it would be at an additional cost). Quiet location. We had a room for 4 just for the two of us.

We arrived just before 6pm, the lady on reception was friendly and welcoming. Our bedding packs had been placed in our room as we had advised the reception we would be a late check in. The room was a family room upstairs, with a private bathroom, everywhere was immaculately clean and well looked after. The location was central to Ringsted, it takes 3 minutes to walk into town and, 1 hour from Copenhagen. Parking was free and available. Highly recommend
