Really helpfull staff that helped with everything we needed. The food was amazing, rooms were clean, location is great and if you have a room with sea view - you can enjoy it. We loved it! It is a short walking tour to the center of the town for sightseeing - lovely place! Visit the mini Køge town next to the hotell and the camping place next to the hotell - lot of fun for kids there with trampoline and mini-golf.

I had a truly pleasant stay and I will definitely book again in the future. The place was very cosy and homely - I really felt at home there and you could easily see the hospitality of the host - a truly amazing and kind person! Everything at the property was amazing - comfortable bed, easy to use WiFi and TV, kitchen area with all the utensils and appliances needed, garden area to relax at. The decorations really made it cosy, too. The location is also really nice - quiet and peaceful, yet you are close to public transport, beach or the shop. I highly recommend - and it's a really great value for money.

I haven't explored Køge too much, but not only did I feel very safe anywhere I went, I also could easily communicate with basically anyone in English. The area itself, though, is very cosy and just the atmosphere and visuals alone are worth it.

Koge is a quiet town with a commercial harbour and a nice...

Koge is a quiet town with a commercial harbour and a nice marina. The train to Copenhagen takes 22 minutes and the fares are reasonable. There are some good places to eat and several supermarkets for self-caterers. All these had prices which seemed expensive to someone from the UK.

I traveled by train from Copenhagen to do a 3 day hike.

I traveled by train from Copenhagen to do a 3 day hike. Koge was such a pleasant surprise - gorgeous architecture, good little hotel close to the market square, lots of amenities (shops/restaurants). Took a bus from train station (get your bus and train tickets in a 7 Eleven) to furthest point to hike to Stevens Klimt. Had to return there that night to connect onto another train to Mons Island - amazing hiking spot! Koge is not a touristy town so really nice to see the Danes doing their market shopping on a saturday morning too. Great restaurants too.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is stylish and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated being able to fully adjust the temperature in both the room and the bathroom separately. The sauna, and the outside heated pool offer a great view. The breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Support from staff, Hotel is in a phase of renovation and obviously there are difficulties and works in progress but staff is great and the common area is very nice in a great position for Koge port.

The location is extremely central and only a 5 minute walk from the train station and the shopping area. I also appreciated the 24 hour cafe' at the hotel with free coffee and snacks.
