Well from the very call with the reception everything was very clear. I got the late checking details within couple minutes of the reservation. I got parking added via the phone and paid next day, so the trust is there. Shoutout to Helena from the big H. I left my university paper in the room and remembered long after I left, she made pictures of every page I asked and sent it to me. What a relief that was.
