We received the Lock box code 15 minutes before check in which was enough time to work with. When we arrived at the Villa it looked so small from the outside but believe me it was not small. You have everything you would need for a Family stay. My Family consisted of 9 Adults and 1 Infant. All the bedrooms were so spacious with plenty of room to unpack your things. The beds mattresses were slightly firm but we managed to have perfect nights sleep We also had a Cotbed and High Chair for my Grandson. The rooms had both Ceiling light fans and Aircon if required The host had left some kitchen essentials for us on arrival so we had a few bits to use before going down to the local Eroski shop that is a 15 minute walk down the road. The pool was a Godsend during the day helping you to cool off and was a perfect size for a Family of 10. We had all the amenities in the kitchen and there was a separate laundry room with an extra fridge freezer and a single bed, Next door to that was an outside toilet/Shower room so you did not drip wet clothing through the villa. You have an outside eating area and an inside one. The pool area was very spacious with more then enough sunlounges for everyone and we had many joyful days in the nice size pool. Also there is a BBQ outside to use but we never did as we went out most days to Palma City. If you have a car its a bonus to get around but we have been to Algaida a few times and have got use to the easy access bus route ( Bus No 403 ) which is just opposite the School in Algaida town. To get to Algaida Town square where most of the local Restaurants and Cafe's are is a 20 minute walk from the Villa and you have a variety of shops to browse around. All in All Catalina was a perfect host and the Villa was perfect if your going to stay here you will not be disappointed. We are now looking forward to staying here again next year.

This property was/is exceptional! Beautifully built, furnished and equipped. Everything you needed in the kitchen to boot. It was just a fabulous stay. We didn't feel like leaving the property to see any other part of the island almost, as everything was there and so comfortable. On the first night there, we were so impressed that we reserved it again for next year. The host was very kind and gracious. I could not recommend this any higher.

We stayed at a beautiful house, which was very well-maintained, spotless, and located in a truly quiet area – perfect for relaxation and rest. The pool was always crystal clear and in excellent condition, making it a pleasure to enjoy every day without any worries. Overall, the experience was extremely pleasant and relaxing. On top of that, the host was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely choose this place again without hesitation.

If you want an authentic amazing Spanish holiday,this is the place for you.if you want the Instagram photogenic beautiful place,this isn't for you.it doesn't have fancy modern kitchenware and furniture,or a view over looking rolling hills. But it's charming,spacious and comfortable and outdoor area (pool and BBQ) was such a nice space to relax in. Whilst you aren't in one of those remote Mallorcan villas in the hills,I actually think it's good that you aren't.because for this villas, at the end of the street in walking distance is a quintessential spanish square,with cafes,bars,ice cream parlours and a bakery.so we would have a BBQ at home,then walk for a drink in the square at the end of the night - pure bliss. I see in other reviews people have mentioned a noisy road and damp issues-we went in mid September and we didn't have any of those issues. And the host is very attentive.

Algaida is a small Town in Mallorca but is a town full of...

Algaida is a small Town in Mallorca but is a town full of history and local food dishes which are very tasty. The main site is the Town square set in the centre of the Town, It host's a variety of Restaurants and Cafe's and various local shops to browse around. I noticed a lot of Cyclists in Algaida as it is a beautiful place with lots of cycle routes to enjoy. Visiting Algaida is a must for local culture and you will not be disappointed with a visit.

This is a traditional Majorcan town, with friendly locals,...

This is a traditional Majorcan town, with friendly locals, good bakery, shops and bars/restaurants. It is well located, around 25min drive from PMI. The surrounding area is beautiful farmland, with quiet roads and great views. Additionally, the Puig de Randa & Santuari de Cura is a short distance away with its stunning views.

A very peaceful inland town, with a few restaurants, cafes...

A very peaceful inland town, with a few restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Friendly locals and a lovely square that comes alive at night. Opening hours are more challenging than typical coastal tourist towns (siesta and Sunday hours observed, so be aware and plan well)

Gorgeous villa with beautiful grounds. We had a huge range of ages and needs in our party of 12 people from 78 all the way down to 2 years old and everyone loved it. Plenty of bathrooms. The baby pool is perfect for little ones. Other reviews complained of airplane noise. We didn’t notice at all. There are a lot planes arriving to the airport but it didn’t affect us. Recommend Pepe Nero restaurant in nearby Algaida.

Comfortable rustic house in a quiet location. However also in eadu walking distance of restaurants and the Algaida town square. Secure parking. Amazing lemons ready for picking straight from the tree. Great for an amazing g&t. The owners greeted us and were very helpful.
