Rooms were modern and clean with good facilities.

We received the Lock box code 15 minutes before check in which was enough time to work with. When we arrived at the Villa it looked so small from the outside but believe me it was not small. You have everything you would need for a Family stay. My Family consisted of 9 Adults and 1 Infant. All the bedrooms were so spacious with plenty of room to unpack your things. The beds mattresses were slightly firm but we managed to have perfect nights sleep We also had a Cotbed and High Chair for my Grandson. The rooms had both Ceiling light fans and Aircon if required The host had left some kitchen essentials for us on arrival so we had a few bits to use before going down to the local Eroski shop that is a 15 minute walk down the road. The pool was a Godsend during the day helping you to cool off and was a perfect size for a Family of 10. We had all the amenities in the kitchen and there was a separate laundry room with an extra fridge freezer and a single bed, Next door to that was an outside toilet/Shower room so you did not drip wet clothing through the villa. You have an outside eating area and an inside one. The pool area was very spacious with more then enough sunlounges for everyone and we had many joyful days in the nice size pool. Also there is a BBQ outside to use but we never did as we went out most days to Palma City. If you have a car its a bonus to get around but we have been to Algaida a few times and have got use to the easy access bus route ( Bus No 403 ) which is just opposite the School in Algaida town. To get to Algaida Town square where most of the local Restaurants and Cafe's are is a 20 minute walk from the Villa and you have a variety of shops to browse around. All in All Catalina was a perfect host and the Villa was perfect if your going to stay here you will not be disappointed. We are now looking forward to staying here again next year.

This property was/is exceptional! Beautifully built, furnished and equipped. Everything you needed in the kitchen to boot. It was just a fabulous stay. We didn't feel like leaving the property to see any other part of the island almost, as everything was there and so comfortable. On the first night there, we were so impressed that we reserved it again for next year. The host was very kind and gracious. I could not recommend this any higher.
