We arrived at the end of the day, greeted after a long drive by the sight of a beautiful farm house nestled between the mountains. We had booked the large family room, which was perfect for the 5 of us. Plenty of room and comfy beds, plus a large bathroom and balcony. We were able to join for dinner straight away, which was not only delicious but also very reasonable. In the morning we were finally able to take in the stunning surroundings and to enjoy the beautiful breakfast buffet. We were only staying for one night, so the check out at 13.00 was perfect, as it meant we didn't have to rush and could enjoy this special place just that little bit longer. We loved everything about Can Buch and I have to give a big compliment to the staff, who were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Owners make you feel at home in their 600+ year old farmhouse restored to perfection. Full of curiosity and charm, this gem won't soon be forgotten. Breakfast was served at the requested time and was generous. If you like history, beauty and rustic decor, this is your place. We loved it. I would stay for more nights if we could. This was the perfect place for our cycling trip, just outside Girona, ideal for a group of cyclists. The host was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We spent a full week here and had an amazing time. The village is quiet with not much going on, but that’s exactly what made it great, peaceful and perfect for getting lots of time on the bike. There’s a big shed where we could securely store all our bikes. Just a 5-minute drive away is Vilobí d’Onyar, where you’ll find a great bakery, a few restaurants, a butcher, and the amazing local spot Can Ginesta. As for the nearby airport, there are only a few planes a day, and they’re barely noticeable. All in all, highly recommend staying here. It’s a fantastic base for cycling with everything you need close by.
