A pleasant hotel a little off the Camino but worth the slight detour. The bar is reasonably priced, clean, and sells good beer. I believe they also do food there.

The property is SPOTLESS, the beds are comfortable, the host greeted us with milk, coffee and croissants for breakfast, and the recommendation he gave us for a restaurant ended up being the best meal of my life. When he hands you the card from the restaurant, TAKE IT. :)

Traditional house style. Was a little gem tucked in a contemporary city. Convenient for hooking the Camino de Santiago. Loved the hammock & green space in the yard. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Nicely andy kitchen with the right, basic amenities provided. We were able to cook supper & breakfast after visiting Froiz, just a block away.
We went to Restaurante Avenida and had local wine and regional seafood: a dozen oysters (Arcade’s specialty) and 100 grams of “percebes” (wild goose barnacles, a local delicacy). They served us a fish empanada to taste too. Lovely place! The town is small but gave us a short day of walking and a place to rest while on the Camino to Santiago. Summer might offer a place to swim too!
