Loved the sea views and location close to the beach. Excellent shower & powerful hairdryer. Comfy beds & good, clean linen. The food, coffee and bar were great, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Best of all - wonderful staff.

The staff are kind and friendly. The cost was reasonable. The location was very good because a metro station was not far from the hotel.

Very friendly reception staff. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Good size room. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great to have a kettle and small fridge. Very close to metro station to get into the centre of Bilbao and close to supermarkets.

Bay windows looking out to quiet country fields and fresh air

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our rooms were excellent and very clean. The location is amazing. We have stayed here several times and have always had wonderful experiences. Highly recommendable!

very nice location and rooms are beautiful. The isolation of the sound is excellent! We stayed 4 nights, never heard the staff or other guests talking in the corridor or rooms next to us.

Easy to park on the street nearby. Was convenient when arriving by car but nothing much around. 15 minutes drive into the city for everything you could need. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Shower had excellent water pressure. I liked the view over the working port but maybe this is not for everyone.

Very good location, the hotel is near to the airport but located in a peaceful town. Only a few kilometers to the city center. There are few restaurants nearby. And hotel also has its own restaurant on ground floor. The receptionist is also very kind and helpful.

The view from the terrace was beautiful. The staff are very attentive, kind, and helpful It's a nice, quiet location
