Very friendly and helpful for organising take away pizza when only restaurant in town was closed. Very clean and comfortable room

The team in the hotel and the owner were gentle, lovely and supportive people. The breakfast was delicious and included the possibility to have plant milk that is often difficult with allergies. Gluten free cereal was also available. We also order a parking space for our car. In the evening the hotel also offered a pizza kitxhen and in the afternoon ice cream, so that all of our needs were catered for. Being right near the main city square, we also were able to participate in the local markets, folkloric entertainment, and other music fetes. By the time we left, we felt that we were almost locals.

Mundaka is a beautiful village on the sea, and Palacio Branca is fantastic old building in the center of Mundaka. We loved the atmosphere, the breakfast is great and the staff is so kind and helpful...

Great accommodation for anyone who is into birdwatching or even those who aren't. Air-conditioned rooms with plenty of space, a great breakfast and they even have some (very good!) Binoculars in the common area for you to watch the marsh- and wetlands. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Location to enjoy the nature as well as going into Bilbao. The hotel is the best and most beautiful building in the town. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. The staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and the place is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Both of exceptional quality We are so happy we discovered this gem. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is smart, clean and comfortable with private parking (OK for motorycles too). No bar or restaurant. It's about a ten to fifteen minute walk into the restaurant area of Bermeo.

Right in the center of town, super room, super shower. The bar downstairs was brilliant, just loved it. Super friendly staff.

Lovely views, comfortable bed with fabulous bathroom. Luxurious bath. Easy parking on the premises. Great breakfast, delicious scrambled eggs with a variety of choices of pastries, fruit, and jamon.
